Liberty Street are an Americana/Blues band based in San Francisco. Liberty Street was founded by guitarist, Dave Johnson and combines the talents of five extraordinary and diverse musicians. The band performs songs that combine elements of mostly acoustic American roots music styles. Guest musicians often pop in to jam with us, and no two shows are ever the same.

Americana is contemporary music that incorporates elements of various American roots music styles, including country, root-rock, folk, bluegrass, R&B and blues, resulting in a distinctive roots-oriented sound that lives in a world apart from the pure forms of the genres upon which it may draw.
